qC, a priority for us
"The client
who skips inspection once rarely skips it twice.
The one
who builds it into every P.O. has fewer surprises, lower returns, and a supplier that takes them seriously."
Most quality problems are discovered after the goods ship. By then, the cost is already yours.
Defective units. Wrong packaging. Labels that won't pass customs. Incorrect dimensions. These aren't hypothetical — they are the standard consequences of placing an order without boots on the factory floor.
The frustrating part is that most of these failures are caught in minutes by someone who knows what to look for. A misaligned seam on a Bluetooth speaker housing. A power bank that charges at 60% of the rated wattage. A carton that won't survive the container stack. These are visible problems — but only to someone in the room.
That's what Connoisource does. We put a qualified inspector inside your factory, before your goods load onto a truck, so you maintain control of what your money is buying.
our approach with qC
Why Product Quality Should Be Your Top Priority

In a crowded market, product quality is one of the strongest differentiators you have as a brand. Defects discovered late in the supply chain can erode margins, delay delivery, and harm customer satisfaction. Connoisource’s QC services are designed tostop issues early, provide clear decision support, and help your team focus on growth instead of firefighting.
the QC report
The report is the product. Ours doesn't leave room for interpretation.
Every Connoisource inspection report is structured for one purpose: to give you a clear, defensible record of your goods' condition at the moment of inspection.
What's inside:
Exact AQL sampling level and acceptance/rejection numbers
Defect classification table: Critical / Major / Minor with quantities and percentages
Physical measurement data against your spec sheet
Function and safety test results for applicable products
Packaging, labeling, and barcode verification
High-resolution photographs: product, defects, packaging, carton markings
Video clips of tested functions (where relevant)
Final verdict: Pass / Conditional Pass / Fail with next-step recommendations
Reports are delivered in English. Other supported language versions can be available on request. Typical delivery: The next day by evening, China time.

hear it from our clients first
What changes when you have someone accountable on the ground.
"They made our first Asia order feel manageable."

"Their factory visit report gave us the confidence to place our first order, and the PSI helped us sleep at night when the goods shipped."
Lamiaa B., Toys company purchasing manager
"Clear, honest updates instead of factory stories"

"What I value most is the transparency. If something is wrong, they tell us straight — with photos, numbers, and options, not excuses. During one project, they flagged a packaging issue before shipment that our old agent would have just ignored. Fixing it at the factory saved us returns and bad reviews."
Rosanna D. L., General Manager
Why Independent QC Changes the Outcome:
The problem isn't factories. It's who your inspector answers to.
Most quality failures aren't caught because the inspector had bad technique. They're not caught because the inspector has a relationship — financial or otherwise — with the factory they're checking.
A third-party QC company that sends recurring business to the same factories has an incentive to keep that relationship smooth. An inspector paid on volume has an incentive to finish fast. Neither of these incentives align with yours.
Connoisource inspects independently. We have no recurring agreements with factories, no volume incentives, and no reason to pass what should fail. Our report says what we found — including the parts that are inconvenient.
What most reports include:
A pass/fail verdict. A defect count. Some photos. A signature.
What our reports include:
Defect classification (critical / major / minor), photographic evidence for every defect category, measurement records where spec tolerances apply, production line observations, recommendation with reasoning, and a same-day delivery commitment.
What you can do with our reports:
THE NUMBERS
One inspection day versus one rejection shipment.
Side-by-side comparison table:
| Pre-Shipment Inspection | Rejected Shipment | |
|---|---|---|
| Cost | USD 350 | USD 3,000–15,000+ |
| Timeline impact | None — completed before shipping | 4–12 weeks of rework, reshipping, or write-off |
| Your leverage | Full — goods still in China | None — goods already landed |
| Supplier accountability | Immediate and documented | Disputed and delayed |
| Customer impact | Zero | Potentially severe |
Rejection shipment cost range based on typical scenarios: return freight, rework or replacement production, re-inspection, reshipment, and lost sales during the delay.
How to book
Straightforward from brief to report.
Send your inspection brief
Product name, factory name and address, shipment quantity, key specs and AQL level if defined, and your preferred inspection date. We confirm availability within 24 hours.
We conduct the inspection
On-site at the factory, typically one full day for standard consumer product quantities. We follow your spec sheet and AQL criteria, or we can apply standard AQL 2.5 if you don't have defined criteria.
Report delivered same day
Structured report with defect classification, photo evidence, measurement records, and a clear pass/hold/fail recommendation — delivered by end of day of inspection.
You decide
Ship, hold, or negotiate. The report gives you the documented basis to do any of the three from a position of full information.

Standard operating areas: Shenzhen, Dongguan, Foshan, Guangzhou. Travel surcharge applies for locations outside Guangdong. Inspections outside our direct coverage are coordinated through vetted local inspectors at the same rate.
