YOUR SUPPLY CHAIN, MANAGED — NOT only MONITORED.

For brands and buyers who need more than an inspection report. End-to-end production support from purchase order to final delivery.

This service is for buyers who have moved past the "try it once" stage.

Order Management is not for your first order. It's for buyers who have placed enough orders to know exactly what can go wrong — and have decided they don't want to manage each variable themselves.

It's for the brand scaling from 2 SKUs to 12. The importer whose ops team is stretched across too many factories. The e-commerce business whose supplier contact just quit and took institutional knowledge with them. The company that needs China covered while they focus on sales, marketing, and growth.

What you get is not a service provider. It's a local operations function — accountable, bilingual, documented, and already inside the factory.

What Connoisource manages on your behalf

Purchase Order Management

We receive your PO, confirm it with the factory in Mandarin, and create a production milestone schedule. You get updates at each milestone — not silence and then a surprise.

Production Monitoring

Regular factory check-ins during production: photo updates, material verification, compliance against spec sheet. Problems at 20% of production are a footnote. Problems at 100% are a crisis.

QC Inspections
(Full Integration)

Pre-production, during-production, and pre-shipment inspections are included as part of your order cycle — not invoiced separately. Reports go to you directly.

Sample Management

Coordinating pre-production samples, revisions, counter-samples, approval, and golden sample archiving. One of the most overlooked steps — and the one that eliminates the most disputes.

Supplier Communication

All factory communication handled in Mandarin. No translation delays, no misread emails, no "lost in translation" production changes. You get clear English summaries; we handle the back-and-forth.

Negotiation
& Re-Orders

Ongoing price and terms management. When you're ready to re-order, we negotiate from a position of relationship and volume history — not as a new buyer starting from zero.

Logistics Coordination

We work with your freight forwarder or introduce one from our network. We handle the handover: correct cargo documents, packing lists, export declarations, and container loading supervision.

Issue Resolution

When things go wrong — and sometimes they do — we don't forward you an email from the factory. We own the problem, document the facts, negotiate the solution, and verify the fix. That's what "on the ground" means.

At what point does this pay for itself?

Risk

A shipment rejection at destination costs, conservatively, 3–5x the value of a pre-shipment inspection. A production error discovered after 10,000 units are packed costs 10–20x what a mid-production check would have cost. A supplier switch caused by a failed relationship — with resampling, retooling, and a lost production season — costs more than a year of active oversight.

Hedge Cost

Connoisource's Order Management fee on a $50,000 order is a fraction of any one of those scenarios. The cost of the service is visible. The cost of not having it only appears in your P&L after the fact.

Satisfaction

The question is not whether you can afford oversight. The question is whether you can afford to find out the hard way that you needed it.

WHAT YOU'RE REALLY BUYING

Not a service. A capable arm of your business — already in China.

Most buyers at your stage face the same structural problem: you need someone in China who knows your order, speaks the language, visits the factory, reads the room, and escalates the right things at the right time. But hiring that person full-time doesn't make sense yet — and finding a trustworthy freelancer is its own sourcing problem.

Order Management with Connoisource is the answer to that gap.

When you place an order under our management, you effectively have:

    1. An in-country operations contact who receives your PO, confirms it with the factory in Mandarin, and tracks every production milestone against the timeline — without you having to chase.
    2. A quality function built in — pre-production, during-production, and pre-shipment inspections are included in the service fee, not billed separately. Most clients save USD 700–1,050 in inspection costs alone on a standard three-check order.
    3. A deviation manager who doesn't send you "everything is fine" updates. When something deviates from spec or timeline, you receive a same-day notification with photos, a clear description of the issue, and two or three options — not an excuse.
    4. An export documentation reviewer who checks packing lists, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin before your freight forwarder receives them — because errors at this stage cost time and customs fees that are entirely avoidable.
    5. A relationship holder who treats your supplier the way a serious long-term buyer should: with clarity, consistency, and the kind of professional follow-through that earns you better pricing and priority treatment over time.
This is what it means to have a strong operational arm in China — without the overhead of a full-time hire, without the risk of a commission-based agent, and without the communication gap that comes from managing a foreign supply chain from a desk 8,000 kilometres away.

We'll tell you exactly how we'd manage it.

Every order is different. Send us your product category, order value, factory location, and timeline — and we'll outline exactly what the management process would look like and what it would cost. We don't work with generic quotes.
